Turnaround & Delivery
We deliver fast & accurate takeoffs powered by AGTEK with typical delivery in 2–6 business days after order confirmation and full payment.

- Full-scope Siteworks Budget Estimate: Complete land development takeoff
- Bid Estimate Proposal: Detailed breakdown for competitive bidding
Payment Terms
- Full payment required before work begins via secure payment link
- Non-refundable once work has commenced (work typically starts within hours)
- Cancellation window: Refund requests considered only if submitted in writing within 5 hours of payment and before work begins
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
Scope & Accuracy
Our professional quantity takeoffs are based solely on the scaled PDF drawings and specifications you provide. We deliver grading accurate to 0.01 inches and earthwork calculations under 1% error.
Note: We do not perform value engineering. The client is responsible for providing complete, clear drawings to ensure accuracy.

Client Responsibilities & Liabilities

- Model Updates: Revisions due to design changes will be billed at standard rates.
- Liability Limitation: We are not liable for equipment operation, field conditions, or construction outcomes.
